ARTICLE NINETEEN: The Board of Directors will select an Executive Director for periods of two (2) years, which shall commence from the moment they begin to function as Executive Director and may be re-appointed indefinitely. The appointment of Executive Director shall be recorded in the office where according to law, they must be registered and this should be performed as soon as the appointment has been made. As long as there is no new appointment of Executive Director they shall be considered reappointed to the position of Executive Director in active service. The Executive Director is a member on the Board of Directors The Chairman of the Board shall replace the Executive Director, exercising the same functions and responsibilities, when the Executive Director is absent temporarily.
