Article Fourteeen - Decision By Board of Directors

ARTICLE FOURTEEN: The Board of Directors may convene with a deliberating quorum and a deciding quorum. A deliberating quorum is constituted when in a meeting, there are a minimum of three (3) of its members present. The decisions of the Board shall be taken by a deciding quorum which is majority vote of those members present in the meeting, except when the statutes require another type of majority.
